Bodycam video shows officers beating handcuffed man before his death at N.Y. prison

An image taken from bodycam footage shows correction officer beating a person.

Robert Brooks, 43, was pronounced dead the morning after the Dec. 9 assault at the state prison where was incarcerated in New York's Oneida County.
