For several years, Poland’s government was veering further to the right with its anti-LGBTQ, anti-immigrant and anti-European policies. Then Russia invaded Ukraine and it became home to refugees and a route for Western weapons, which CBC’s Terence McKenna found out put the country at a political crossroads.
