Philippine president blames 'foreign terrorists' for deadly explosion at Catholic mass

The Philippine president blamed “foreign terrorists” for a bomb blast that killed four people Sunday, wounded dozens of other Catholic worshippers in the south, and sparked a security alarm, including in the capital, Manila, where state forces were put on alert.

Canadian Iranian human rights activist Hamed Esmaeilion — who lost his wife and child in the destruction of Flight PS752 by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps — says his parents have now been banned from leaving Iran, despite their permanent resident status in Canada.
