Dr. Jason Smith, the chief medical officer at University of Louisville Health, says his hospital barely had to adjust its surgery schedule after Monday's mass shooting because of how common gun violence is in the community. He says he's 'more than tired' of informing relatives of shooting victims their loved ones are not coming home.
