Israeli strikes threaten Hezbollah stronghold Baalbek and its 3,000-year-old Roman ruins

Israel ramped up bombing in the historic city of Baalbek famed for its Roman temples, following an evacuation warning for 400,000 people in the city and nearby regions.

Ticketmaster to be burned in effigy over Oasis pricing

A giant effigy of a figure in a suit, with a money-face emoji, puppetting two figures that look like Oasis band members.

Ticketmaster will be burned to the ground, in a sense, amid outrage over its 'dynamic pricing' hikes to tickets for the upcoming Oasis reunion tour. England's Edenbridge Bonfire Society has set its sights on the world's largest ticket seller as the effigy to be set ablaze for its yearly Bonfire Night celebration this weekend.
