Turkish military plane buzzes right over streets, field

Turkey's Defence Ministry said a technical problem on a military plane forced its pilots to make an emergency landing that brought it unusually close to busy roads and a soccer field as it flew by. The plane was slightly damaged as a result, but the crew was not injured, the military said.
