Survivors of Sweden's worst mass shooting on Wednesday recalled trying to save the lives of their comrades at a school for adults in Örebro, a day after a gunman killed 11 people on what the prime minister called a "dark day" in the country's history.

'There was no murder': British nurse Lucy Letby wrongly convicted, says Canadian doctor

Lucy Letby has been found guilty of murdering seven newborn babies and trying to kill another six in the neonatal unit of a hospital in northwest England where she worked.

Lucy Letby, a former neonatal nurse in the U.K., was found guilty in two trials, in 2023 and 2024, of murdering seven premature infants and attempting to murder seven others. But Dr. Shoo Lee, the retired head of the neonatology department at the University of Toronto, believes Letby may have been wrongly convicted.
