Man kills 5, himself in Britain's 1st mass shooting in a decade

Police have identified Jake Davison, 22, as the man who killed five people in Plymouth, southwest England, then took his own life in Britain's first mass shooting in over a decade. Authorities said the shooter had a gun licence and that his mother was among the victims.
