North Dakota judge rejects temporary exemption to section of abortion ban that targets doctors

Pro-choice and anti-abortion activists jockey for position outside the Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.

A North Dakota judge on Tuesday rejected a temporary block on a part of the state's revised abortion laws that would have allowed doctors to perform the procedure when they deem it necessary to save a patient's life or health.
