This year's winner of the World Food Prize focused on small fish to fry

This year's World Food Prize winner was surprised by the honour. Unlike previous winners, she didn't work on staple crops such as rice, wheat or corn. But her techniques for raising small fish have made a big difference to improve nutrition around the world.
