U.S. marks Fourth of July with COVID-19 restrictions in place, while England reopens pubs

People in England were finally allowed to drink in a pub, have a meal in a restaurant or get a haircut on Saturday for the first time in over three months as more lockdown rules aimed at curbing the spread of the coronavirus were eased.
