Some U.S. states plan 'risky' reopenings, but appear to have White House support

HEALTH-CORONAVIRUS/USA-GEORGIA

U.S. President Donald Trump and Attorney General William Barr have expressed great concern about the impact of stay-at-home orders on the country's economy and the personal liberty of Americans. A handful of mostly southern U.S. states will begin loosening economic restrictions this week in the midst of a still virulent pandemic.
